A Week long Trade Finance Operations Seminar was delivered on behalf of the IFC in Douala from 25-29 May 2009 and delivered by eBSI Consultant Mrs. Monique Philippe. The seminar was delivered for Cameroonian Issuing Banks under the IFC GTFP and funded by the Government of Japan.
